Support
A person reads every message.
Write to admin@dogoutapp.com and you will get a real reply, usually within one business day.
How do I get help?
Email admin@dogoutapp.com. One person reads that mailbox and answers it — there is no ticket queue and no bot. If you are writing about a specific walk, include the day and roughly what time it started; that is enough for us to find it.
Take me off the waitlist
Reply to any email we have sent you, or write to admin@dogoutapp.com, and we delete your entry. No form, no questions, no "are you sure".
Delete my account and my data
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your name, address and access details, neighbourhood, emergency contact, dog profile and any walk notes are erased right away, and the account is locked so nobody can sign back into it.
Two things survive on purpose, and we would rather say so than let you find out: the walk records themselves, anonymized, because they are our financial books; and your sign-in email address, until the account is removed from our auth provider in the ops pass that follows. Write to admin@dogoutapp.com if you want that second one expedited and we will confirm when it is done.
I can't sign in
Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen. We email you a six-digit code — deliberately a code and not a link, because link scanners open the link and burn it before you ever tap it. Type the code, choose a new password, and you are back in.
If the email does not arrive, check spam first, then write to admin@dogoutapp.com from the address you signed up with.
Something went wrong on a walk
Write to admin@dogoutapp.com with the day and the approximate start time. Every walk keeps its own timeline, so we can see what happened rather than ask you to reconstruct it.
If a dog is hurt or missing, write "URGENT" in the subject — that mailbox is watched, and during the private beta the founder is reachable directly. A support phone line comes with the public pilot; we would rather tell you it does not exist yet than print a number nobody answers.
How does billing work?
A small base fare when a walker confirms, then by the minute, with a 15-minute minimum. The number you see during a walk is always what ending it right then would cost — it is never a projection, and the receipt shows the real time walked next to the billed time.
During this private beta no card is charged at all. When real payments turn on, the privacy policy is rewritten before they do and you see the new version first.
I want to walk dogs with you
Join the waitlist as a walker and we will reach out. Every founding walker is vetted in person — government ID plus references, and a trial walk with us — before they walk with anyone.
